Refund.
This refund policy applies to every product on builtbycyan.com, operated by MIKE DROPS PTY LTD (ABN 84 691 269 182). Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
The 48-hour guarantee
The 48-hour clock starts the moment we receive your completed intake information (business name, suburb, phone, services, brand assets, any photos you want included). If your site is not live within 48 hours from that point, you are entitled to a full refund of every dollar paid, no questions asked.
How to claim a refund
- Email hello@hauscyan.com with the subject "Refund request" and your order reference.
- We acknowledge within one business day.
- We process the refund via Stripe to the original payment method within five business days of confirming the claim.
- Stripe typically returns funds to your account within five to ten business days from there, depending on your bank.
What is covered
The 48-hour delivery guarantee applies to every tier:
- Premium Website ($497)
- + 24/7 AI Salesperson ($1,997)
- + Instant SMS Lead Alerts ($2,197)
- Full Stack ($2,497)
What is not covered
- Delays caused by you not providing intake information or assets in a reasonable timeframe.
- Change of mind after the site is live and delivered as specified.
- Issues with third-party services outside our control (your domain registrar, your email provider, your hosting if you have moved off ours).
Australian Consumer Law
Our service comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the service repaired or compensated if the service fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
