Terms.
These terms apply when you purchase any product or service from builtbycyan.com, operated by MIKE DROPS PTY LTD (ABN 84 691 269 182), Level 3, 478 George Street, Sydney NSW 2001. Australian Consumer Law applies and nothing in these terms limits your rights under it.
What we deliver
- Premium Website ($497) — custom small business website, SEO and AI search engineered, personal brand designed, first year hosting and domain registration included, 30-day post-launch support call.
- + 24/7 AI Salesperson ($1,997) — everything in Premium Website plus a 24/7 AI Salesperson trained on your business, voice cloned to yours.
- + Instant SMS Lead Alerts ($2,197) — everything above plus instant SMS and push alerts when a lead lands.
- Full Stack ($2,497) — everything above plus calendar booking, appointment confirmations, and reminder sequences.
Payment
All tiers are one-time payments in Australian dollars (AUD), processed by Stripe Payments Australia. No monthly fees, no recurring charges, no lock-in.
Delivery guarantee
Your site goes live within 48 hours of receiving your intake information (business name, suburb, phone, services, brand assets). If we do not deliver a live site within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. See Refund policy.
Your obligations
- Provide accurate intake information promptly after purchase.
- Respond to review requests within a reasonable timeframe so we can hit the 48-hour clock.
- Hold the rights to any logos, photos, or copy you supply.
- Comply with Australian law on the operation of your business and the use of your site.
Ownership transfer
You own your website. Full ownership, code, content, and domain transfer to your name on launch. You can self-host, transfer hosting, modify, or walk away at any time. We will not hold your keys.
Ongoing support
Every tier includes a 30-day post-launch support call. After 30 days, additional changes or AI Salesperson tuning can be arranged separately at a fair hourly rate, agreed in writing before any work starts.
Intellectual property
On full payment and launch, all custom design, copy, and configuration produced specifically for your site become your property. Third-party tools (Stripe, hosting providers, the AI Salesperson framework) remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed to you for the operation of your site.
Liability
We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to a refund of the amount paid. This does not limit any non-excludable consumer guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
You may terminate at any time after launch and continue running your site independently. We may terminate the support relationship for non-payment, abuse, or use of the site for illegal purposes, with reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
